We have an inventory of Precision vials of various sizes and sensitivities that are used for repair and replacements. We also keep on file complete production records of every vial manufactured, so duplication can be made at any time of any previous order. Normal sensitivities of 5 to 600 seconds per graduation. Top Ground Vials: The top grinding of bent vials results in accurate and equal bubble movement for the full length of the vial and should be specified when incremental accuracy is required.

| Precision Ground Vials are custom made products. From years of experience, we have found that rarely are there two customers who use the same identical vial. Physical dimensions are often the same; however, sensitivities, division spacings, bubble size, etc., can be different to such a degree that the vials are not interchangeable between customers. Prices are based on quantities involved, lentgh, sensitivity, temperature range, fluid, divisions, and type tolerance on physical dimensions and sensitivity.
